Cut out the different parts.

Cut a along the white line on the flaps.

Cut along the black pair of lines on the top and bottom of the head and on the bottom of the upper body.

Assemble the upper body.

Assemble the legs.

Assemble the cap.

Put together the cap and the head.

Put the head and upper body together.

Put on the legs. Keep the intern on your desk. There is no need to be gentle with him. If you happen to take out your rage on the intern, just print another one out.
