Grab any colored paper. Then grab your scissor and cut the paper to any size circle you want depending on how big you want your flower to be.

Grab the paper that you just used and cut 9 more circles that are the same size (You should have 10 circles in total).

Put the circle that you made in the beginning aside, you will use it later. Grab all your other circles and cut a curve on the top (CAN BE ANY SHAPE YOU WANT THE PETALS TO LOOK LIKE).
