How to make a paper flapping bird

It can be lined or blank

Fold the top corner down more than half way

Flip it over and take of the bottom

Open it and fold the other way

Open it and there should be a big x

Take the top and fold it down

Open it and do it again. Now open it once more.

It should look like this

Now go back to this

Now do a kite fold on each side

It should look like this

Now open it back up

Turn it on its side and open it up

Fold out the side and then align it with the side

Do the same on the other side. It should look like this

Now pick which side you want to be the head

Fold down your wings

Align the top of the wing with the neck(on both sides)

It should look like this
