How to make a paper crane

Have a square piece of paper at the ready

Fold in half diagonally

Fold in half again

Unfold

Fold in half horizontally

Fold in half again

Unfold

Take the edge and fold to the middle

Repeat with other side

Flip over and repeat

Fold the top triangle down

Unfold and repeat with the other side. Unfold.

Unfold all the sides

You'll see two halves, the bottom half splits. Using that side, fold the side in to meet the middle

Repeat
