I found suspenders on eBay for 99¢ and free shipping. Most of these listings have multiple items, and will make you select "options" make sure you select the one, usually color, that is 99¢

About 5 days to get it shipped to the house

I cut them as long as I could

Then used the snap button kit. You could also sew Velcro or a button

Repeat for the bottom

Now you can clip a pacifier to the clothes so it won't fall

I used the longer sides to make toy clips. For these I space the buttons further apart to allow for bigger toys

Now it can be clipped to a high chair or stroller.

I ended up making 3 of these clips for under $2
