Blend 1 small or 1/2 large banana, 7-10 dates, 8-12oz of vanilla almond milk, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon & 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a jar and enjoy!
