For 6 pers: 700g apples, 1 lemon, 75g sugar, 50g butter, 50g sour cream or yoghurt, vanilla paste, 1 teaspoon of calvados or rhum, almond or walnuts

Peel and slice the apples

Cook the apples and add 10g of butter, a bit of sugar, 5drops of lemon, vanilla or cinnamom

Put the cooked apples on top of the pastrie

Put it in to the oven for 30 mins, 210•

Mix the eggs, cream and the calvados

Add the mix with the apples and cook it for another 10mins. Don't forget the almonds or walnuts ;)

Spray with a bit of calvados for the flambé and voila...
