Get your first rubber band.

Put it on the pencil like so, making a infinity sign.

Take the bottom rubber band, and pull it over the top. Do the same to the other side.

So you just repeat the add one, pull the bottom over step until your bracelet is long enough. Once you feel it is long enough, make the shape of the bracelet WITHOUT taking it off the pencil and putti
