Put egg, egg whites and beans into a microwave safe bowl
Mix until yolk is broken. Yolks will "explode" in microwave unless broken.
Microwave 1 minute
Mix the cooked part on the side of the bowl with the uncooked eggs.
Microwave 1:00 to 1:30 depending on the strength of your microwave.
You should see a solid surface like above.
Top with a handful of spinach. I like to add avocado, salsa or chicken sausage depending on my mood.
