How to make a no-bake snickers pie
Made this pie as a child with an old family friend. So delicious and easy!

INGREDIENTS
Gather ingredients.
Spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche on bottom of the pie crust.
Sprinkle half of the chopped peanuts over pie crust.
Then sprinkle 1 of the chopped snickers (about 1/2 cup) on the pie crust.
In large bowl, beat 1/4 cup dulce de leche and cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Beat about three minutes.
Mixture should look something like this.
Add in powdered sugared, beat until smooth. Beat about 2 minutes. Make certain to scrap down sides of bowl so everything will mix in well.
Add in thawed cool whip and beat until creamy and fluffy (about two minutes) Mixture should look something like this.
Gently fold in 1 ( or 1/2 cup) Snickers bar.
Pour filling into pie crust, spreading evenly with knife or spatula.
Drizzle remaining (2-3 tablespoons) of dulce de leche on top of pie. If you like, you can swirl it in with a knife.
Top with remaining chopped snickers and peanuts. You can also drizzle top of pie with melted chocolate or Hershey's!
Refrigerate for an hour before serving. And enjoy!
- 1.0 Oreo cookie pie crust (I use store bought)
- 8.0oz Cream cheese
- 1/2c Dulce de leche (I use Nestlé)
- 1.0c Powdered sugar
- 1.0c 8oz. Cool Whip
- 3.0c Snickers bars, chopped
- 1/4c Peanuts, chopped
- 1.0tsp Vanilla (optional)
- Hand mixer is handy but not necessary
