STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Slice bananas into a bowl & pour pineapple juice over them to keep them from turning brown. I didn't have plain juice, so I improvised! Lemon juice works too. Set bananas aside
While bananas are sitting aside....On to the next bowl. Combine milk & pudding mix.
Blend milk & pudding mix well
It should look like this. Set this bowl aside.
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese & condensed milk
Blend cream cheese & condensed milk well
It should look like this. No lumps. But air bubbles are ok :)
Fold, not stir, whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
It will look like this when you're done folding
Take the cream cheese mixture & add it to the pudding mixture that's been patiently waiting in the other bowl. Stir until well blended.
Line the bottom of your pan with a layer of wafers. Save a few wafers to the side for later ;0)
Now grab those pineapple infused bananas & layer half of them on top of wafers. Notice the bananas haven't browned the whole time they were waiting their turn!
Top with half the mixture
Repeat the layering
Spoon remaining mixture on top of second layer. Crush the saved wafers & sprinkle on top.
Finished! Now refrigerate until ready to serve! Thanks for watching!!
