Lay out chicken breast on a large cutting bored
Cover with Saran Wrap
Gently pound chicken until flattend
Combine Eggs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley
On medium heat melt oil, butter and garlic in a large skillet
Dip chicken into mixture and cook on each side for about 5-6 minutes
Squeeze lemons
Once chicken is browned remove from pan. Add white wine, lemon juice & two tablespoons of butter and bring to boil
Turn heat down to low and put chicken back into the pan
Cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes
