Preheat oven to 475 and gather all ingredents
Get a circular pan and wrap with tin foil
Crack 3 eggs
Whip the eggs until stiff
When the eggs are stiff, pour into a circle with a dip in the middle
Put the Pavlova in the oven and wait one hour
In the mean time, you can cut up the fruit
Take out of the oven after an hour
Let cool for a little while
Put the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract all in a bowl and whip until stiff
Pour the icing in the middle and start to decorate
When decorated enough, you can serve 😁
