The ingredients are very easy to find. You can pick the type of mushrooms you like the most. I have chosen shiitake, portobello and regular mushrooms.
Cut the ingredients. I have cut the mushrooms in slides but you can cut them in cubes or little pieces. The red pepper is better in slides. Parallely put the tomatoes in water so they get hydrated.
Saute the garlic with olive oil. Them add the red pepper. Leave it for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and salt all the ingredients for 7-10 more minutes. Add a little bit more of olive oil. Don't let the ingredients to get dry. Add ground pepper and salt.
Mix the ingredients in 2 glass recipients. Add the dried tomatoes too. Then add enough olive oil to cover all the ingredientes in the recipient. Add a balsamic vinegar tea spoon to each recipient.
Mix all the ingredients in the glass recipients. You have to wait between 1 or 2 days to eat it. Keep it in the refrigerator. You can eat it with crackers, bread, toasts.
