Equipment and Ingredients for Step 1
Plain Flour, Olive Oil,Caster Sugar,Dry Yeast, Rolling Pin ,large bowl, Small Bowl and Measuring Cup
Add Water to small bowl
Add in dried yeast to water
Add pinch of caster sugar to help activate the yeast
In your large bowl add 600 Grams of flour
Add salt to flour
This is what the Yeast should look like
Add oil
Add flour to bench top and begin to need for 10 min or
Kneed dough until soft and stretchy
Place dough in an oiled bowl and glad wrap and place in a warm draught free area and sit for 30 mins or until Dough doubles in size.
Your dough should look like this after rising
Dust work surface with flour and knead dough into cylinder
Cut dough into thirds with knife
Roll pizza into a circle with rollin pin
Preheat oven to 240 degrees
Spread tomato paste around pizza
Add Cheese to pizza
Put pizza in oven for 8-10 minutes
