How to make a morning smoothie

It's morning and you want a quick breakfast. Try this recipe. No extra sugar, other than the natural sugars of the ripened bananas!

Take your frozen bananas out of the freezer. With a butter knife slice it into chunks so it's easier to blend in the blender/processor.  Since it's frozen, no need for ice. Add banana to blender

Now add your pb, milk and cinnamon. I used a processor for mine and blended till smooth.

Pour and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. This makes 2 smoothies :) enjoy

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 3-4 tbs creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups of 2% milk
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
