Fill rest of the way with water leaving room to shake the ingredients until well mixed

Shake until all ingredients are well incorporated. You will have to shake before each use

The oil will seperate so shake before each use. Simply squeeze onto a cotton round and remove makeup. Leave soaked cotton round on hard to remove make up like mascara
