Ingrediens needed for the batter

Add oil
And mix together again
Peel and grate the carrots
And add them to the batter
Mix it together
Grease a springform (20 or 22 cm)
Add the batter to the form
Bake the carrot cake at 175 degrees for about 45-50 minutes
Ingrediens needed for the topping
Add all the ingredients to a bowl
Mix it together until creamy
When the cake is no longer hot, you can add the topping to the cake
