Mini pork roast
Vinegar, sazon packet, sofrito, adobo
I capful of white vinegar
Pour it onto the pork roast
1 sazon packet
Some adobo
Some homemade sofrito
Rub all ingredients into the pork
Cover and marinate for 1 hour or overnight....the longer you marinate the better and more tastier the meat comes out!
This is what it looks like after about 2 1/2 hours in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Serve with lime and I like to pair mine with potato salad and yellow rice...enjoy :)
