How to make a mini candle holder

Using a ruler and scribe Measure your sheet metal using the measurements 7cm x 7cm

Then cut your sheet metal with the guillotine

Using a ruler and scribe mark out a cross going from one corner to the other.

Using the centre punch create an indent in the centre of the cross.

Using the divider mark out a perfect circle.

Using the tin snips cut out your circle.

Using a file and vice place the circle into the vice and file your circle until the edges are smooth.

Using a tinmans Mallet and a wooden mould place your circle into the mould and hammer. Start on the edges and make your way slowly into the centre.

Using a drill press and a clamp, place you circle under the drill press and line your drill piece up so it lines up with your indent. Clamp your circle and drill through it.

You have now finished your wax catcher it should look something like this if your edges are rough then use a file to smoothen them.

Using your flat bar (20cm x 3mm) file and vice place your flatbar into the vice and file both ends until smooth.

Using the scroll plate place the flatbar in the gap as shown above.

Once you've placed your flatbar in the gap begin to bend the flatbar around the scroll until you have a curl.

This is what your flatbar should look like. Using your ruler and scribe measure 8mm from the end and cut off using your hack saw. This will be used as your feet.

Using your ruler and scribe meausure a cross from the corner to corner and make an indent in the centre of the cross using your centre punch.

Now take the your scroll piece and Measure 1.5 from the end and create an indent using your centre punch.

Using the drill press drill a hole in the centre of your feet and on the end of your scroll piece.

Place the end of your feet 1.5cm on each ends and begin to hammer be careful not to do it to far.

Place your dish inline with the feet and scroll. Place your pop rivet pin place it through the hole.

Place your pop rivet gun on top of the pin and pull the gun in and then out again.

Now you have finished your mini candle holder. It should look something like this.
