Mix together the flour, cocoa powder (unless you are making a plain cake), the salt and sugar into your mug.
Add in the oil and the milk well, so there are no lumps.
Place in the microwave for 2 minutes. This is what time works best for me, but it depends on the wattage of the microwave and stuff, so see what's best for you.
Leave to cool for a bit, and then you have a cake in a mug, ready to eat! Enjoy!
- 3.0Tbsp Flour (self raising or all purpose)
- 1/2Tbsp Cocoa powder (not if you want to make a plain one)
- 3.0Tbsp Sugar
- 1/8tsp Salt
- 3.0Tbsp Oil (preferably olive oil)
