Here are the supplies you will need. I used Ranger foil tape sheets but you can use metal tape from the hardware store. You will also need an embossing folder.

I picked up a vintage book from the charity store to alter. You will also need a selection of Art anthology paints and Mudd.

I started off by mixing Mudd with Black Leather Jacket and Trolley Grey Sorbet Dimensional paint.

Apply it to the front of your book or journal. I needed 2 coats to give it a good coverage.

Cut your foil sheet to size and place it in your embossing folder. I then ran it through my Big Shot.

Select your paints and put a dab on your craft sheet.

Start painting. This was my first coat, as you can see you will need a couple more.

My painting is finished, now to add to my journal. The foil sheets are self adhesive so just lace where you want it.
