Cut kraft card stock or similar at 8 x 4 inches and coat with gesso
Apply texture paste using a srapmatts stencil . I used ST1010
Choose coordinating paints x3 and apply using a baby wipe allow to dry. I used dylusions paint.
Use one of the three colours and a different stencil to add to your background. I used scrapmatts stencil ST1001.
Choose a different colour from the 3 background colours and stencil on to your background with different scrapmatts stencil. I used stencil ST5001.
Stamp with archival ink using your favourite stamps. Ensure to apply images in various locations
Mix texture paste and a coordinating distress stain to colourise the paste.
Apply coloured texture paste using another Scrapmatts stencil. I used ST1002.
Ink around edges with coordinating ink. I used distress in mermaid lagoon.
Ink around the edges with black ink. I used distress ink black soot
Doodle stamped images if desired using a permanent black pen.
Die cut a leaf spray or similar in two coordinating card stock colours. Shape and ink each die cut. I used distress ink mermaid lagoon
Choose a sentiment and mount on coordinating card stock. My sentiment comes from graphic 45 bohemian bazaar.
Die cut flowers in 3 sizes from coordinating papers and card stock. Shape and ink. I used distress ink. Mermaid lagoon
Take 3 different sizes from Scrapmatts pack CB1024 and paint with the 3 background colours
Create flower units, fixing each flower with glue and a brad. You should have 3 flower units in total.
Cut sections from the Scrapmatts pack CB5129 and ink with black ink. I used distress ink black soot.
Paint and ink 3 chevrons from Scrapmatts pack CB5106
Paint or ink 2 butterflies from the Scrapmatts pack CB1158
Adhere leaf sprays and sentiment to the background. Add decorative paper clip to the sentiment if desired.
Adhere Chevrons And Butterflies to the background.
Adhere flowers, circle mesh and studs to the back ground. Your cover tag is now complete.
Cut Kraft card stock at 9 3/8 x 8 1/2 inches and ink edges
Cut pages in desired number from white paper to fit the kraft Card stock piece. Clip to card stock and punch holes 1 inch apart down the centre
Stitch through holes with coordinating thread to hatch pages to cover. I used bakers twine. Fold memo book in half so stitching goes down the spine.
Cut 2 pieces of designer patterned paper at 4 3/8 x 8 1/8 inches adhere to to front and back centrally.
Adhere cover tag to front cover centrally. The memo book project is now complete.
