Paint (you can use a Sharpie too)

Paint

Paint small dots in a line in the middle of the cup

Paint something like waves above and under the dots

Paint lines next to waves

Paint a zigzag on the lines

Repeat all the way until it's all painted

You can put some gold or silver paint too:)
