INGREDIENTS

Cut onions to small cubes and celery into cubes put into heated saucepan with little water(or 1 tbp olive oil) add salt pepper and stir till onions get transparent and celery bring out the flavor🌿

Add the bunch of Asparagus in the saucepan and cover with water (same level of asparagus)

Leave it till boil then let simmer covered on a low heat for 20mn or till asparagus softens

Put into blender .. Blend till smoothing

Pour into saucepan again, add the herbs, stir for 1 mn and serve warm. You can add the herbs on top in the serving plate. Bon appetit😊
