First, wash the lettuce. Tip: put in in water and add a spoon of white vinegar or salt and keep it for around 5 minutes.
Cut the lettuce in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, and olive oil. Start with 1 tbsp of vinegar and mustard and then keep adding according to the amount of mustard you have. It has to end up smooth not thick.
Add the walnuts and mix it all. Ta-da!
