Cream together butter and sugar for three minutes until light and fluffy!
Whisk together all dry ingredients until light and fluffy!
Beat cream on high speed, until it reaches soft peaks. Set aside for later use.
Zest your lemons, (this is basically just grating the peel!)
Squeeze out 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
Add add lemon juice and zest to butter sugar batter, beat on high. Add oil.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Fold in whipped cream with a rubber spatula!
Stir to combine!
Pour into a greased bundt pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
