Whisk eggs and sugar.
Add grated lemon peel and juice.
Melt the butter. Add it and stir.
Add sifted flour and bourbon vanilla.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin. Bake about 40 minutes at 150C. Depending on the oven it might be necessary to keep it in the oven a bit longer.
This is the cake, after 30 min at 150C and 10 min at 175C.
Dust it with powdered sugar..
..and serve with whipped cream and your favorite berries. Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are all wonderful to this sticky lemon cake 😀

- 2.0 Eggs
- 1/2tsp Bourbon vanilla
- 1.0 Lemon (peel & juice)
- 150.0g Melted butter
- 90.0g Flour
- Powdered sugar
