Mix the butter and condensed milk in pan and heat it until it starts to boil.
Crush biscuits in blender until finely crushed.
Measure 2 cups of coconut.
Grate the outside of a lemon.
Add coconut, biscuits and lemon rind into a bowl.
Then add condensed milk and butter.
Stir through until all mixed through.
Empty into pan.
Flatten out with spoon.
Put base in fridge to set.
Juice both lemons.
Add lemon juice to icing sugar and mix until combined.
Pour icing onto base.
Refrigerate until icing set.
It looked and tasted good at the end of the process. It's a different food to your everyday diet because of the ingredients but contains fruits in it as well.

- 200.0ml Squeezed Lemon Juice
