Gather your supplies. Chamomile is optional (you can use bags or loose buds). I like to use an infuser mug, but you can infuse straight in the water and before drinking.
Place 5-6 slices of fresh ginger in your mug or infuser. Add your chamomile (optional but nice for night time). Add hot water. Cover and allow to infuse for 5-10 min for desired strength.
Add your lemon and honey to taste. I use about a tsp of each. Curl up and enjoy :)
