Make a Lemon-Blueberry Greek Yogurt Loaf

INGREDIENTS
Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with any nonstick cooking spray!
Combine sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, juice and oil in a bowl. Crack in eggs!
Throw in your Greek yogurt!
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat in flour to the batter mixture until light and smooth!
Gather your blueberries!
Toss them with about a tbsp of flour!
Slowly fold them into batter. Be careful!
Pour into loaf pan!
Make the crumble topping!
Combine the butter, cream cheese, flour and sugars, crumble with your fingers!
Drizzle over top of loaf. Yum yum!
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, watch it carefully!
Let cool in pan! Then cut, the end result is moist and chewy because of all the yogurt and blueberries. But so so delicious!

Yum yum! I put in the fridge, and ate for breakfast the next day! Aww yeah.
- 1.0c Greek yogurt
- 1.0c Sugar
- 1/2c Oil
- 2.0tsp Lemon zest
- 2.0Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1/2c Flour
- 2.0tsp Baking powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1/2c Blueberries fresh
- Crumble Topping:
- 1/2c Flour
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- 1/4c Brown sugar
- 1/4c White sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Cream cheese
