Fussy cut the gentleman from either an Ephemera card or from the 12 x 12 Figgy Pudding paper.

Cut a tag 3.5 x 8.5" from Bah Humbug.  I've used 12x12 paper but you can use 8 x 8 paper & cut  in the middle, adhering @ top & bottom.  The blank space in the middle will be covered by the cut-apart.

Adhere Scrooge and Marley rectangles to the top & bottom of the striped frame as shown.

Add cardboard in the center of the frame cut slightly smaller than the cut-apart (step 2) from Figgy Pudding.  Alternatively, you could use foam tape on the  back of the cut-apart.

Spray some brown mist on your craft mat and paint it over the pine cones.  Using mist keeps the definition of the pine cone scales whereas paint tends to cover up these kind of laser etchings.

Paint on mist.  First I used Lindy's Frost Forest Green.  After that dried, I dabbed on some Ponderosa Pines Olive.  (Note, I used dabber caps on alot of my mists for these kinds of applications.)

Add the pine clusters where shown and embellish with flowers and berries.  Add a few chipboard snowflakes that you've painted white and detail with Icicle Stickles.

Dry brush some white paint on the flowers, pine cones and needles to simulate snow.  Then use Icicle Stickles to detail the pine cones and flowers.  Use Crystal Stickles to detail the pine branches.

Detial the printed holly berries with Red Stickles. Add a pretty bow at the top and you're all done!
