INGREDIENTS
Get all of your ingredients
add 4 tablespoons of flour and sugar
add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
then add 1 pinch of baking soda
and then add 1 pinch of salt
then mix everything together
add either 3 tablespoons of vegetable or canola oil
should look like this.. do not mix until you've added the egg
now add 3 tablespoons of milk and an egg
stir with a fork until all lumps are gone
pour into 2 wide, or small cups but not a juice glass and make sure the have been sprayed with cooking spray
add your one ounce square of semi sweet baking chocolate and let i sink a little before you put it in the microwave so the malted chocolate will be towards the middle of the cake
place both cups in the microwave for 2 minutes make sure to watch because they will rise above the rim
when you microwave it, it might not take 2 minutes for the cake to fully bake. It all depends on the power. For some microwaves it can take anywhere from 75 seconds to 2 minutes.
once done let the cakes sit in the microwave with the door open for 30 seconeds to settle
now it is all done
now just flip the cake over onto a sauser and cut in half the let all the gooey chocolate come out
you are free to add powder sugar, whipped, or any of your favortie toppings
- 4.0Tbsp flour
- 4.0Tbsp sugar
- 2.0Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.0pch baking soda
- 1.0pch salt
- 3.0Tbsp canola or vegetable oil
- 3.0Tbsp milk
- 1.0 egg
- 1.0oz square of semisweet baking chocolate
