Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto the pan and turn the heat to the highest, then put the lamb in the pan.

Spread butter on the pita bread and place it on another pan also with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it

Chop up the lettuce

Take the pita bread off the pan when a bright yellow colour and spread tsaziki through the middle

Then place the chopped up lettuce right on top of the tsaziki

After about 5 minutes take the lamb off the the pan and place it on the pita on top of the lettuce and tsaziki

Wrap it up

Place foil wrap on the bottom half of the Souvlaki, and now your ready to eat dig in.
