Make a Keyring From a Festival Wrist Band

STEPS
TOOLS
To get the best results you need a band you have not cut off. There are loads of ways to remove them without scissors so it is worth a Google ;)
This is my 'Keysmart'. It is a brilliant tool to get rid of bulky keys but unfortunately there is little space for key rings
This ring is the only place they can be attatched but often wristbands are larger than the space on a keyring will allow
The wristband is much bigger
To fit the wristband on, I am going to use a piece of thread and loop it through the top of the wristband (next step)
Loop it through the band
Then pull the ends of the thread through the ring or gap- these are much smaller so there should be no problem
Pull on the thread and it will all come through much better- don't pull the band very far through just leave a small loop
Pull the tail through the loop you have created and tighten it to make a knot
If you still have it, push the black thingy up the thread until it reaches the knot
This will stop it loosening over time and coming off
You have a keyring! Trim the tail to the length you want
