My Supplies. I use the bottom of the eyeshadow applicator for a bigger dot. Toothpicks for a smaller dot. I skipped the basecoat and topcoat, as well as nail file, to make this a quick guide.
Start with clean, dry nail. Shape the nail however you want with your file. Then apply basecoat and let dry.
Apply 2 coats of white polish. Allow to dry completely.
Ignore white off the edges. You can clean those up later with a q-tip and nail polish remover.
Apply two bigger dots of black nail polish for the eyes of the mask. I used an old peanut butter jar lid to put a small amount of polish in to make this easier.
Apply two smaller black dots over each eyehole.
Apply three small black dots under each eyehole.
Apply two small black dots beside each of the sets of three dots, on the outside edge.
Apply one small black dot on the outside of each bottom set of two dots. Allow black polish to dry completely, then apply your topcoat. Finish the rest of your nails to suit your theme.
