Now the best part....the peanut butter! I like to use an all natural peanut butter generally. The type of peanut butter won't affect flavor at all. When mixed you'll ALWAYS get the same taste!

Alright! So you might have some pb on the sides so ya gotta watch out for this! Just scrap the side as you go when needed!

Wa-la!! A tasty simple home-made pb-banana protein shake! Good after a workout to avoid muscle pain! I recommend 1 in the morning and 1 after your work out or 5 hours before bed! Enjoy!
