Gather up the gang aka supplies
Measure out 6 ounces of milk. I recommend either a lactose free, soy or almond milk.
Add 1 full banana to the blender
Add your already measured milk
Now the best part....the peanut butter! I like to use an all natural peanut butter generally. The type of peanut butter won't affect flavor at all. When mixed you'll ALWAYS get the same taste!
This here is certainly about 1 3/4 tablespoon. Just a little off 2 tablespoons.
Time to blend!
Alright! So you might have some pb on the sides so ya gotta watch out for this! Just scrap the side as you go when needed!
Now add your desired ice cube amount. I like to add 3 because too many will give it a strong watery taste
Wa-la!! A tasty simple home-made pb-banana protein shake! Good after a workout to avoid muscle pain! I recommend 1 in the morning and 1 after your work out or 5 hours before bed! Enjoy!
