Hot glue your to globes together

Hot glue your ribbons on if you add lace under it to add a classy look

Let it dry

Fill the bottom with Pulpery

Put cardboard or something on it to hold the Pulpery in there

Put a candle in the top

Once you light the candle, it will heat up the Pulpery and it gives off a wonderful smell
