$Here I've drawn where I want to cut with the chalk. I can't cut a straight line to save my life! So I used chalk to keep from butchering the shirt! \ud83d\ude33\ud83d\ude06$

Finished tank. Cut out neck around neck line hem, cut sleeves around sleeve hems, cut the bottom at a downward angle to round out the shirt. Also I cut an upward curve for the crop effect.
