INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients: vega one protein powder, almond milk, ice, frozen fruit (banana, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Combine ingredients in a blender. I add the almond milk last and just barely cover the fruit. My favorite almond milk is Califia Farms but I ran out.
I usually drink a smoothie on the way to the gym in the morning. This is my to go container: a blender bottle with the whisking ball removed.
- 2.0 Ice cubes
- 8.0oz Almond milk
- 1.0oz Frozen strawberries
- 1.0oz Frozen banana
- 1.0oz Frozen raspberries
- 1.0oz Frozen blueberries
- Vega one protein powder (scoop)
