Gather your goodies together!
I picked one cup of frozen pineapple... I was feeling tropical. This goes with your frozen banana. You can pick any fruit you want.
Then I add one cup of fat free Greek yogurt and 1 cup of 1% milk. You can use almond milk or skim ( ewwww ) I use 1%... Because that's how I roll.
Blend that goodness together. It may be very thick. If so add water ( a little ) or more milk.
After that is mixed up I put in the protein powder. I like designer whey because it doesn't taste like cardboard ran over by skunk. Vanilla is my flavor of choice. 1 scoop!
Blend until it's all smooth and happy-like.
And Bam! You have a big ole smoothie for one or a reasonable smoothie for two.
Here is the low down. 52g of protein! No empty calories. Four servings of fruit and two of dairy for the day. I sip on this through the morning. Fast and easy.
- 1% milk - 1 cup
- Fat free Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- 1 scoop Designer Whey vanilla powder
- 1 frozen banana ( cut up )
- 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
