I picked one cup of frozen pineapple... I was feeling tropical.  This goes with your frozen banana.  You can pick any fruit you want.

Then I add one cup of fat free Greek yogurt and 1 cup of 1% milk.  You can use almond milk or skim ( ewwww ) I use 1%... Because that's how I roll.

Blend that goodness together.  It may be very thick.  If so add water ( a little ) or more milk.

After that is mixed up I put in the protein powder.  I like designer whey because it doesn't taste like cardboard ran over by skunk.  Vanilla is my flavor of choice.  1 scoop!
