Flannel works best for me but feel free to experiment if you like. I'm showing how to make a long rectangular bag but again make it any shape or size but try not to go to big. Mine is 22inchX8 inch

Start two inches from top of fabric and five inches from the left side. Basically sew around the outside of your bag leaving a two inch opening at the centre of one end, how you would make a pillow

Trim excess if there is any, an inch can be left on. I used a zig zag stitch to make sure it was strong. Now turn it right side out....

55 lbs cost me $16.95 can. It's fairly inexpensive if you are able to buy a sac of it. The corn is hard and dried and will NOT pop when heated. I've done this for ten yrs and so far no popcorn!!

Place "funnel" neck inside the bag. Now start scooping corn into the bottle and fill the bag. You want to go about half way. Depending on the size and shape will depend on how much corn each bag takes

Now that it's full, sew the small opening shut, I don't bother hiding my stitch. I want to make sure it is sewn very well! You don't want corn spilling out at you!

There it is, all done! I filled this one half way. Hard to tell in the pic but just fold over to see how full. And you may find you like less or more corn

If you want to put it in the freezer I use a ziplock to keep it clean and dry. It won't freeze solid and it isn't too cold! Best cold bag for headaches, body aches or a swelling bump or bug bite!

Microwave using caution. First time start with two minutes or less until you know how hot it will get. Don't give to kids or pets unless you know it's a safe temp. But assuming that's all done.....

Put into a cold bed before you get in it! Or use just to warm up! Take in the car for a heated seat effect. Seriously use caution but enjoy! Great for everyone as long as you are safe about it!

You may notice a slight moisture when microwaved the first time, that's just the rest of the moisture escaping the corn. Take it out and give it a shake and it will be fine. Be safe and enjoy!
