Measure out the sack. I did mine 20cm by 10cm.

Now cut the shirt on both sides at once.

Start to sew it together. Make sure you have the side you want in the inside facing out when you sew it together.

Turn it inside out.

Now fill it with rice until it is about 4/5ths full.

Sew the top together.

And BAM!!! Heat sack! You can use a sewing machine to sew it but I didn't have one so yeah :/ either way it works heaps well!

Heat it up in the microwave for 50 seconds!
