How to make a healthy taco breakfast sandwich
You can use any kind of meat, I decided to use my left over turkey taco meat from last nights dinner.

INGREDIENTS
Plug in your toaster and have your skillet ready. You're about to multitask!!
Take your egg and crack it over your bowl
Keep the yolk in one half of the shell
You can move the yolk from shell to shell in order to remove all of the white and let it drop into your bowl
Take a half a tablespoon of Margerine and place it into your pan. Move the pan around so that the Margerine covers the surface of the pan. Once it is melted add your egg whites
Toast your English muffin. I use whole wheat English muffins because they have fewer calories and more fiber.
Once your egg whites are cooked add a little bit of your favorite seasoning.
Fold your egg in half
Microwave your taco meat. I put mine in for 30 seconds.
Once your english muffin is done, grab a plate and place your cheese on each half. I split one slice of cheese in half to cover both muffin pieces.

TA DA!! You're done, now you can enjoy your delicious breakfast!!
- Ground turkey meat
- Whole wheat English muffin
- 2 egg whites
- Favorite slice of cheese
- Butter or Margerine
- Toaster
- Skillet
- Spatula
