Here are my ingredients :)
Add one banana.
Add a half of a cup of blueberries.
Add a half of a cup of mixed fruit. I use frozen fruit because it makes the smoothie cold and the fruit never goes bad :)
Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. I use all natural peanut butter with no hydrogenated oils.
Add about a cup and a quarter of low-fat milk.
This smoothie is quick, healthy, and I can't even begin to tell you how good it tastes! Enjoy!!! :) Don't forget to hit like!! <3

- 0.0c Blueberries
- 0.0c Mixed Fuit
- 2.0Tbsp Natural Peanut butter
- 0.0tsp Cinnamon
- 1.0c Low Fat Milk
