A 5 minute recipe for a diet friendly, yummy smoothie. Make this for breakfast or any occasion. (Great for weight loss diets & very filling.)

Add your 1 Cup of Skim/Soy Milk

Add 1-3 Tbsp of Flaxseed  (HINT: you can add sugar for taste but the smoothie is pretty tasty with just the natural flavors)
