Ingredients
Add your 1 Cup of Skim/Soy Milk
Add your 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
Add 1-3 Tbsp of Flaxseed (HINT: you can add sugar for taste but the smoothie is pretty tasty with just the natural flavors)
Blend the smoothie (I used my handy Magic Bullet 😉)
Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy, yummy smoothie!
