Go shopping! Have your kid help you pick out a fresh fruit and a fresh vegetable. Involving your kids in picking out produce is a great way to get them to try new things!

Tip: If you are trying to introduce your kids to new veggies, start with a small amount and slowly increase it over time. Kids can have sensitive taste buds and it can take a while for them to adjust.

Turn on some music and have some fun! Have your kids measure out the prepped produce, milk or alternative, and yogurt. We use flavored yogurt, such as vanilla, to satisfy out sweet tooth.
