Fill blender with 2 cups of water, then about 8-10 ice cubes, and about 1-2 cups of kale or spinach (or both)
Add 1-2 scoops of whey protein
Add 1 scoop of casein protein
Add about 1 cup of raspberries
Add about 10-12 strawberries
Add a banana and any other fruit you may want. An avocado is another great option
Blend it until all the kale is in small bits
This will make 2 servings
