When it comes to making smoothies, I choose to improvise. I like to play with the recipes to see which ingredients I enjoy tasting more of in the smoothie.

Gather ingredients and blender.

I added 6 strawberries.

Adding a chunk of raspberries.

Small handful of blueberries.

2 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt. (Good source of protein)

The protein powder is flavoured (super sweet, blah,) so I don't use too much.

Add a whole banana.

I add a 1 inch layer of water.

Blend well.

Great for breakfast.
